Horizon: An American Saga

A horrible, boring film from the beginning. I stalked out of the theatre before its three-hour ending.

Killers of the Flower Moon

A superb, historical film that runs 3 hours, 26 minutes. Be prepared.

The Power of the Dog

Though I didn’t think this was possible, this film was even worse than “The Last Duel” and “Spencer.”

First Cow

Both heartwarming and tragic, it is a story of 2 young men in 1820 trying to make a living in the Northwest.

News of the World

This is one of those films that ends with most of you smiling as you murmur, “I really liked that movie.”

The Sisters Brothers

This movie could have been a great 1 and ½ hour film. Sadly, it ran over 2 hours.

Hostiles

Unfortunately, Hostiles is a film whose enormous meaning will prove to be a bit tedious to many members of the audience.

The Magnificent Seven

Thankfully, Elmer Bernstein’s classical score appears at this film’s conclusion.

Jane Got a Gun

A genuinely appealing film that the Hollywood prima donnas have elected to ignore. Take a chance and see it before it quickly flees to television.
