A superb, historical film that runs 3 hours, 26 minutes. Be prepared.
Though I didn’t think this was possible, this film was even worse than “The Last Duel” and “Spencer.”
Both heartwarming and tragic, it is a story of 2 young men in 1820 trying to make a living in the Northwest.
This is one of those films that ends with most of you smiling as you murmur, “I really liked that movie.”
This movie could have been a great 1 and ½ hour film. Sadly, it ran over 2 hours.
Unfortunately, Hostiles is a film whose enormous meaning will prove to be a bit tedious to many members of the audience.
Thankfully, Elmer Bernstein’s classical score appears at this film’s conclusion.
A genuinely appealing film that the Hollywood prima donnas have elected to ignore. Take a chance and see it before it quickly flees to television.
